The Small Print

Thank you for booking your clean with Maid to Shine. We look forward to providing you with professional and reliable service.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

There will be no charge for cancelling a scheduled clean with more than a 24 hours’ notice. If our staff arrives and is unable to enter the home or if your service is not cancelled 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for one-half (50%) of your cleaning service. Please consider how late cancellations may impact the cleaners for the day.

Discounts

Discounts are not able to be combined.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of clean. An invoice will be messaged to you upon completion of clean and full payment is due upon receipt- LATE PAYMENT- All payments paid 48 hours late will be subject to 10% interest fee, 15 days late will be subject to 15% late fee. All payments that are 30 or more days past due are subject to an additional 20% interest charge.

Insurance

Maid to Shine is bonded and insured. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by an employee of Maid to Shine, reported to company within 24 hours of cleaning date. Insurance coverage does not include items that may break down or stop working at any time such as: dishwasher, oven, cookers, fans, fridge, freezer etc. The client is obliged to notify the company or the cleaner about appliance that are not working to their fullest extent.

Client Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will fix it at no additional cost. Clients are subject to additional charges for issues outside of the 24 hour notification.
