Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of Maid to Shine of NC LLC overseeing the daily operations and driving the growth and strategy of Maid to Shine. Prior to working with Maid to Shine, Ali was Vice President of a local aquatics management company where she oversaw the operations of the business. She holds a degree from Wingate University in Sports Management.
Drawing on over 16 years of experience in management and customer service, Ali is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for Maid to Shine. Ali is passionate about running a successful operation while creating solutions for the community she lives in. She is committed to providing professional and reliable cleaning service for the Wilmington area.
Ali is highly involved in CAI (Community Associations Institute) of North Carolina and the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
When Ali is not working, she can be caught enjoying time with family and friends but importantly cheering on the New Orleans Saints and the Duke Blue Devils!
Caroline is the Branch Manager for Maid to Shine of NC. She oversees the daily operations of the branch and works closely with our clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Caroline comes to us with a with a degree in Health and Physical Education from Wingate University and has received her Masters in Business from the University of Pembroke.
Caroline has over 10 years professional experience in management and client relations and 4 years experience teaching high school and middle school. She is an extremely hard worker and genuine person which makes her a perfect fit for this position. Caroline is originally from Rockingham, NC but proud to call the Wilmington area home.
In Caroline’s spare time you can find her relaxing at the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking and hanging out with family and friends.
